9.1. The Company is based in the United States. The United Kingdom is not recognized as having adequate safeguards. If you are located outside of the United States or

Certain pages on the Websites may use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. However, SSL technology is not used throughout the Websites. Be sure not to transmit any credit card or other financial or sensitive data through a Website unless you have first verified that the data is being submitted to our third-party service provider’s secure server.
12.2. Notwithstanding, the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although the Company cannot guarantee that its systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, the Company periodically updates its technology to improve the protection of customer information. Be aware that the Website does not use a secure server to transmit sensitive data to and from our site. However, if you place an order online, the Company’s third-party service providers that collect or process credit card information for online orders do use secure servers.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
13.1. This policy, and the Company’s collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK) and the State of London. 14. Governing Language
14.1. Any translation of this policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this privacy policy shall govern.

15.1. The Company reserves the right to change its privacy policy at any time. Any changes to the privacy policy will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.

16.1. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given us to process your personal information. You may
request that we delete any personal information from what we may have on file at any time by contacting the Company. You may request copies of, have the Company make changes or
