9.1. The Company is based in the United States. 12.2. Notwithstanding, the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although the Company cannot guarantee that its systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, the Company periodically updates its technology to improve the protection of customer information. Be aware that the Website does not use a secure server to transmit sensitive data to and from our site. However, if you place an order online, the Company’s third-party service providers that collect or process credit card information for online orders do use secure servers.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. This policy, and the Company’s collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK) and the State of London. 14.1. Any translation of this policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this privacy policy shall govern.
